1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV Ireland website and IPTV subscription service (the "Service") provided by IPTV Ireland ("we", "us", "our").
By requesting a free trial, purchasing a plan or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
IPTV Ireland provides an IPTV subscription that gives access to live TV channels and on-demand content over an internet connection, using a compatible device and player app.
Channel line-ups, the on-demand library and the number of available channels and titles may change over time without prior notice. Figures shown on our website (such as 20,000+ live channels and 80,000+ movies and series) are approximate.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free 30-minute trial so you can test the Service before purchasing. Trials are limited to one per person, phone number or device and are granted at our discretion. We may refuse or end a trial if we suspect misuse.
4. Plans, Prices and Payment
Plans are available for 1 month (14.99 €), 3 months (29.99 €), 6 months (39.99 €) and 12 months (49.99 €). Prices are shown in euro and may change; the price confirmed by our support team at the time of your order applies.
Payments are made once per period by card, cryptocurrency, bank transfer or Revolut, as confirmed with our support team on WhatsApp. Plans do not renew automatically. To continue the Service after your plan ends, you must renew it by contacting us.
5. Activation and Delivery
After payment is confirmed, we send your login details and setup instructions via WhatsApp. Most activations are completed in under 5 minutes, but delays may occasionally occur. Your plan period starts on the day of activation.
6. Screens and Account Use
Each plan includes one screen (one simultaneous connection) unless additional screens have been purchased. You agree that:
- your login details are for your personal, household use only;
- you will not share, sell, resell or publish your login details;
- you will not use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows;
- you will not attempt to copy, record, redistribute or rebroadcast any content.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect a breach of these rules.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- having a compatible device, player app and a stable internet connection;
- keeping your login details confidential;
- making sure your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable in your country of residence;
- providing accurate information when ordering or contacting support.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times and target 99.9% server uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet provider restrictions or events outside our control.
Player apps are developed by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, features or any fees their developers may charge.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the Service at any time; as plans do not renew automatically, no cancellation is required.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by your device, internet connection or third-party apps.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
